New noise project from Tolyatti represents 27 minutes of serious and dark material dedicated to Soviet correction(destruction)-labour camps of the last century. Ortokon - in translation from language of the small peoples of North of Eurasia means "burn out a site of ground". This word became main of the name Orotukan - settlement (506-th km from Magadans), formed forces made in polar those and inhuman conditions. Where, under the certificates few survived, the frozen corpses were used for imposing outside of a wall to be covered from a wind.
